Chamomile oil

Chamomile oil is also called medicinal, German or blue. 

It has a characteristic blue color.

Scent: warm, herbal and floral, top note.

Action: relaxing, calming, antiseptic.

Main ingredients: bisabolol A oxide, chamazulene.

Natural essential oils are very concentrated products and insoluble in water, so we have prepared for you some tips on how to use them in the dry sauna to avoid burning the oils:

1. Use essential oils with confidence in their healing properties, while enjoying the beauty of their scents.
2. Do not apply oils directly to the heated stones in the sauna.
3. Dispense fragrance oils carefully. It is better to give fewer drops than to overdo it. Always adjust the amount of drops to the size of the sauna.
4. The best way is to use a ball of crushed ice with pre-prepared oil on top of it. The ice will cool the stones and protect the oil from the hot stones.
5. If you don't have crushed ice, very thoroughly mix the oil in hot water and pour it on the pre-cooled stones.
