Red quartz is a semi-precious stone that contains 95% quartz. Scientists have found that this stone has a healing effect when used in dry and steam saunas. It is characterised by excellent thermal conductivity, thanks to which energy consumption is on average 30% lower. Its durability is more than five times longer than traditional stones used in saunas.
