The molds are made of aspen wood, used to form balls of ice containing essential oils.

Natural essential oil should be sprinkled on the formed ice balls and the ice balls applied to the hot stones in the sauna. It is important that the oil is on top of the ball. The ice will cool the stones and prevent the essential oil from burning.
The molds consists of two parts. One of them has a cone that makes a recess in the ice ball.
They can be used, for example, for menthol crystals or natural essential oils.
